The Process Starts from the Top Left Image, Moving to the Right and Ends at the Bottom Right

1) I used a Screenshot from the Game "Watch Dogs 2" as the Background
2) I used the Bust of the Spider-Man from the Game "Marvels Spider-Man"
3) I added a few Neon Signs and gave it a Gaussian Blur Filter
4) Next I color Graded the Bust of the Spider-Man and using Radial Filters I matched the lighting from the background to the Spider-Man
5) Then I filled the Spider-Man Emblem and his Eyes with White Color and gave it a Neon Effect
